At Faky Shaky, we take humor seriously—and that includes customer happiness. Whether you’ve purchased a hilarious t-shirt, quirky mug, sticker pack, or any of our other goodies, we want you to be satisfied.
This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for both digital content and physical products.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloadable content, digital comics) are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds on digital purchases unless:
- The product was not delivered
- There was a technical issue that we couldn’t resolve within a reasonable time

2. Physical Products (Goodies & Merchandise)
We offer returns or replacements in the following cases:
✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement
- Damaged or defective item
- Incorrect product or size sent
- Significant printing or quality issue
To qualify:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and photos of the issue
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Wrong size ordered (unless it’s our fault)
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Sale items or promotional freebies
- Used or washed items
3. Return Instructions
To request a return:

- Include your order number and issue details (with photos if applicable)
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps
Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We’ll notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
5. Exchanges
If the item you received is defective or not what you ordered, we’re happy to send a replacement—no extra charge. Just let us know within 7 days.
We currently do not offer exchanges for size or style preferences unless there was a mistake on our end.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Contact us ASAP at contact@fakyshaky.com.
7. Shipping Issues
If your goodies are taking too long to arrive, please check your tracking link. For lost or stuck shipments, email us—we’ll help investigate or replace where applicable.
